Abigail Brag

Time to play annoying bragging parent! I'm just SO proud of this one ๐Ÿ˜ She hit Top of the Canyon (all A's) for the 2nd time, an award she 'fought for' by taking her work back to the teacher and pointing out that she DID actually use onomatopoeia, where they had graded it missing. Then her artwork got chosen for the PV Arts Festival (if you're at the mall, check it out), she also played viola in the same festival yesterday, she sang on stage at the Variety Show again, alone, and THEN she hit 1 million word reader!
This kid is amazing, and the best part about all this is that she doesn't really care. What I mean is that she doesn't pressure herself, and that is such a relief to a parent. I don't want a 10yr old stressed out, over worked, or one that thinks only her grades make who she is. That is really common with high achievers. Instead, she tries her best, isn't a sore loser when it doesn't work out, and lets herself be a kid. A pretty brilliant kid!
Tonight I'm taking her to the Demi Lovato concert with her friends, she's currently in her room ripping her jeans so she can perfect her look. She's an all-rounder, a loving big sister, and I'm lucky to call her mine ๐Ÿ˜ #abigailrae
